Adur Zombie Walk 2026
Get ready for the most ghoulishly fun event of the Adur Festival! Our annual Zombie Walk returns bigger and better than ever.

When: Saturday, May 31st, 2026 at 7:00 PM
Where: Starting at Shoreham Beach Green
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Age: Family-friendly (all ages welcome)
What to Expect
Join hundreds of zombies as we shamble through the streets of Adur in our annual undead parade! This family-friendly event welcomes zombies of all ages - from tiny zombie toddlers to elderly zombie grandparents.
The Route
- Start: Shoreham Beach Green
- Walk through: High Street, Church Street, and Brighton Road
- Finish: Adur Recreation Ground for the after-party
Zombie Dress Code
- Come dressed as your favorite zombie character
- Face paint stations available at the start point
- Prizes for best costumes in different age categories
- Props welcome (foam weapons only!)
Schedule
6:00 PM - Registration and face painting begins
7:00 PM - Zombie Walk starts
8:30 PM - Arrive at Adur Recreation Ground
8:45 PM - Costume contest and prizes
9:30 PM - Event ends
Safety Information
- Adult supervision required for children under 12
- Walk marshals will guide the route
- First aid station available
- Please stay with the group throughout the walk
